Udaan Retreat – Frequently Asked Questions
The Udaan Retreat is open to all movement lovers and aerial enthusiasts. We offer a range of retreats—some are beginner-friendly, while others, like the Aerial Fusion Retreat, require previous aerial hammock experience or a strong fitness background. Please review the specific retreat details to determine suitability.
Yes. We host beginner-level Udaan Retreats that are ideal for those who have never practiced aerial arts before. Our experienced instructors provide step-by-step guidance in a safe and supportive environment.
Each Udaan Retreat offers a different experience. Depending on the format, you may work with aerial silk, aerial hammock, or aerial hoop (lyra). Some retreats focus on one apparatus, while others, such as the Aerial Fusion Retreat, offer a blend of all three.
Each day is thoughtfully curated to balance movement, rest, and self-reflection. A typical schedule may include morning aerial practice, afternoon strength or flexibility training, and evening sessions such as sound healing, bonfire gatherings, or guided meditation. Participants also enjoy nutritious meals and time to relax or explore the surroundings.
Udaan Retreats are hosted at specially selected properties that offer beautiful views, a natural setting, and the space required for our aerial setup. These hand-picked locations are chosen for their peaceful atmosphere and ability to support deep personal transformation. Some retreats are also conducted at the Pancha Koshas Headquarters in Rishikesh, which is a dedicated aerial arts space fully equipped for training and immersion.
The retreat price includes all aerial classes and workshops, accommodation (private or twin-sharing as selected), all vegetarian or sattvic meals, professional-grade aerial equipment and safety gear, sound healing and meditative sessions, and a retreat welcome kit. Travel to and from the retreat location is not included.
Each retreat is kept intentionally small, usually with 10 to 14 participants. This ensures a high-quality experience with personal attention from instructors and a close-knit group environment.
You will receive a detailed packing list after booking. In general, you should bring fitted, aerial-appropriate clothing, a refillable water bottle, personal toiletries, a journal, and any items you need for your comfort. All aerial equipment will be provided on-site.
You can book your retreat via our official website or by contacting us directly through WhatsApp or Instagram. A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your place. Full payment details and timelines will be shared upon registration. Early booking is strongly recommended as spaces are limited.
All bookings are non-refundable. The booking deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the retreat may be eligible for a one-time transfer to a future retreat within six months, subject to availability and approval. Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date will not be eligible for any refund or credit, regardless of the reason. Participants may transfer their spot to another individual with prior approval from the retreat organizers.
